  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.

  2. Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.
  3. If eligible, your order will be canceled and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please do not attempt to cancel an order via social media or other unofficial channels, as it may delay processing.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded in full (product + shipping, if applicable).
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


⚠️ Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

We cannot cancel orders that:

  • Have already been shipped or fulfilled
  • Are custom-made, personalized, or final sale items
  • Were placed more than 12 hours ago (based on order confirmation timestamp)
