We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully for full details.


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Certain products such as personal care items, cosmetics, undergarments, or custom-made goods may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization.


🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the return address provided. (You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.)


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance/final sale items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error


🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send clear photos of the issue and your order number
  • We will send a replacement or process a full refund at no extra cost


📦 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
